1. SHIPPING
   

   KIND SIGMA® offers complimentary local delivery within the United Arab Emirates, with all taxes and duties included, ensuring no additional charges upon delivery. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sharjah via our last-mile delivery partner, Quiqup.

   For international orders, we provide free delivery to most countries worldwide through DHL Express. However, the shipping method is DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), meaning the customer is responsible for paying any taxes and import duties, which KIND SIGMA cannot predict and is not responsible for reimbursing. Please ensure your billing and shipping address details are correct when placing your order, as we are unable to redirect shipments.

2. DELIVERY TIME
   

   Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt during business days.

   United Arab Emirates: Free | Express Delivery by Quiqup | Next day
   GCC Countries: Free | DHL Express | 2 - 4 days
   Rest of the World: *Free | DHL Express | 2 - 5 days

   Disclaimer: *A shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipped to Argentina, Canada, United States, Mexico, and Brazil. For shipments to Albania, Estonia, Malta, Morocco, Mauritius, South Africa, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Serbia, Ukraine, and Barbados, a $25 shipping cost will be applied. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays.

4. CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
   

   The products in your order could be liable for taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country (referred to as "Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment, acting as the importer of record in the destination country, assumes responsibility for all applicable Import Fees. As we cannot provide the precise amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority for detailed information before placing an order.
